The number 011 670 9900 connects to the Student Services Offices of the University of Turin. By pressing key 7, you will access the menu for degree programs pertaining to the School of Medicine Hub, divided as follows:
- Medicine and Surgery, Dentistry and Dental Prosthetics, and Biotechnology
- Healthcare Professions
- Specialisation Schools
You can speak with an operator only Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 11:30 am.
Outside these hours, this option is not available, but general information can still be obtained via an automated response system.
The service is accessible via SPID or UniTO credentials (for credential issues: https://www.unito.it/servizi/servizi-line/istruzioni-e-supporto)
Through the Service Desk, you can consult FAQs categorized by topic and, once logged in, submit a ticket to make a specific request.
This communication system is strongly recommended, except in cases where an immediate response is required, as it allows requests to be tracked, their status monitored, and service quality evaluated.
